IN THE SHADOW OF THE EARTH

Eclipse of the moon the most interesting show in the sky for the entire year. On Friday evening 27. July 2018 I parked the car in Jetrichovice by K1 where my friends was waiting. We immediately went up to the prospects of Jetřichovice. So many people I never seen here. The largest crowds seemed to converge on the Mary prospect, so we continued on to Vilemina’s wall. There was a lot of people too, but we´ve placed our tripods and waited. South-east horizon was covered with clouds, and the radar was saying that the clouds had to retreat around midnight. Right after the end of the eclipse. Fortunately, the cloud cover began to withdraw early and the moon was clearly to see. Even the milky way peeped out. It was a great evening with people from our Fotoparta. Thanks you!
