This is one of the most visited places in the Saxon Switzerland. Although this is quite a difficult climb (the peak 417 m is available by steel ladders and stairs) so in the morning you will find here a multitude of photographers but this is because this group of rocks is nowhere else to find in Europe. It was after several days of rains and so I decided to come here on the high fells of Schrammsteine. By the road was sometimes patches of fog which made known that it might come out but unfortunately over the Bad Schandau was clear sky and over the valley of the Elbe was nothing too. I ran upstairs (panting) on the prospect and I was amazed. This was nice morning surprise.
